We take a closer look at the 3F UL Gear Rain Skirt or what some might call a Kilt. We share our initial impressions of this lightweight and waterproof piece of outdoor gear. We try it on and show you how it fits, as well as highlight some of its key features. With the skirt's design and material it looks like it will be ideal for wet weather hiking and backpacking.
